Has My Order Shipped?
We usually send out your order if place it before 3pm Mon - Sat Arizona time. Once we ship it you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive that email first check your spam folder, or go to ecigsupply.com then go to my account and sign in. Once signed in find your order waiting to be shipped and click on tracking.
Can I pick up my order?
To track your order go to ecigsupply.com, then go to my account. Find the order you want to track and click on the order number. Inside your order click on the tracking number. This will take you to a page that directly connects with either the USPS or UPS, and that will give you up to date information.
My Order Never Arrived
First track your order in my account.
If you're tracking information says that it have been delivered, notice sent, or seems to be shipping to the wrong place; please contact your local Post Office or UPS. If if has not yet shipped then contact EcigSuppy at 1-877-979-9535
My Order is missing an Item
Go to ecigsupply.com, and then go to my account. Click on the order with the missing item. Inside your order, towards the bottom right there is a button, create a RMA, click that. Inside RMA fill out what you were missing, and submit. One of our specialists will look over the RMA and contact you either via email or phone, and we will correct this as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day dead on arrival warranty. Meaning 14 days from the day we ship. We expect you to test all your product as you receive them.

Yes we distribute them throughout the web. Unfortunately our customer service representatives do not have these coupon codes.
Do I have to pay taxes?
If you are in Arizona our system will automatically charge you Az sales tax. Anywhere else you are required to follow the appropriate laws of filing online taxes
